Our Philosophy

Staff Alliance believes in the win-win philosophy. Its relevance to us however, lies in the fact that win-win does not apply to our company and our clients alone. In reality there are usually more than two parties involved in our engagements. There are the employees who are hired or assigned to personally render the service we have engaged to do. And then there is the government, who should be paid the taxes due according to law. Every engagement we make takes all this into consideration. Thus, we always strive to ensure that our client gets the quality service they deserve and pay for, we receive a decent income commensurate to our efforts and skills, our employees or the prospective employees of our clients will receive just and lawful wages and benefits, and the correct taxes are remitted to the government. We call this the four-way win philosophy. Under this multiple-win philosophy, all stakeholders in every transaction we make should get their fair share of benefits from the transaction.
